国内首档单人喜剧排位赛，非定义、无边界、重个性的新型喜剧形态，节目涵盖了单人漫才、翻板喜剧、单口相声、黑灯喜剧、独角戏等多种全新喜剧形式，通过 300 天 + 的线下训练营及全国性线下多城挑战赛，从中选拔出了 40 余位极具潜力的“新”喜剧选手，聚焦一个人的喜剧战斗，注重挖掘每个个体的自我表达，在赛制方面，节目设置了多轮赛段、多重关卡层层递进，选手们需要使出浑身解数，接受嘉宾和观众的检验，在多轮赛段竞演中脱颖而出的佼佼者将组成年度最炸单排喜剧厂牌。
