　　何府少爷何东明、国军连长沈家梁、山寨头领汪兆蓝，因为打鬼子偶然奇遇，后经过重重遭遇，三人的命运被牢牢拴在一起，并最终在一场敌我悬殊的突围战中歃血为盟，临死之际结为生死弟兄，意图泉下相会。不想三兄弟全都奇迹生还，随即分别加入了共产党、国民党以及日伪军三个不同的阵营，三人为了各自的政治立场，走上了完全不同的人生道路，并因此展开了一场夹杂着爱与恨的殊死较量。直到最后关头，加入日伪的汪兆蓝幡然醒悟，兄弟三人再次联手，与鬼子展开生死决战，并取得最后的胜利
