　　为改变传统训练模式，华东战区组建全军第一支专业化蓝军部队——山豹旅。山豹旅首次亮相便与王牌师808师与909师先后对抗，蓝军以出其不意的非正常出击，打得两支传统王牌军狼狈不堪，在军中掀起轩然大波，同时其“出格表现”引来不少非议。蓝军顶着各种议论和压力，不断提高自身队伍建设，在跨军区演习中打出了自己的声望。次年，红蓝军再度对决。经历一年多的知耻磨砺，808师以全新的面貌迎战，终不负众望，取得全胜，充分证明了蓝军一年来的努力和成绩。经过不断的艰难探索和建设，蓝军作为一个全新的兵种终于确立在人民解放军序列当中，并得到广大官兵的认可。
