　　因任务需要，三名年轻的武校学生——擅长持久搏击的辛小晶、头脑机敏的程唐、爱好跑酷的白大庆，凭借各自特长，获得队长张蓝的青睐，应征进入警队。三人潜入罪犯老巢，执行秘密抓捕。打响头炮后，特警队以武校学员为核心力量，组建了快速反应小组  “猎弓”小组，并在心理专家陈橙的指导下，为新人量身定制了地狱式训练三部曲，祛除他们的“野狐禅”习气，培养警队纪律性与荣誉感。敌人数度反扑，辛小晶等队员经历了一次次血与泪的洗礼，褪去青涩走向成熟，经受住了来自外在和内心的各种考验，成为了优秀的特警队员，始终坚守在保卫人民群众生命与财产安全的第一线。
