　　该剧以缉毒案件为背景，讲述了禁毒支队女警花张卓颖（左航 饰）和热爱先进科技但性格散漫的汪行健（王子睿 饰）搭档卧底，与毒贩斗智斗勇的故事。本剧以追查危害巨大的新型毒品C2为线索，揭开了以缉毒队长郑宵（白永成 饰）、张旭东（李幼斌 饰）等老一辈缉毒警察二十四年前参与的特大毒品悬案。在两代公安干警的倾力协作下，身陷险境，与毒枭展开生死搏斗，最终破获了以C2为源头的特大贩毒制毒案，幕后主使也浮出水面。
